I am a highly experienced and qualified coach who will guild you through the process. I have years of experience helping people live, feel and move better. I am also a sports massage therapist, qualified to treat injuries, which allows me to provide a full postural and movement assessment in order to restore pain free life.

I firmly believe in an evidence-based approach where results matter and where fab and gimmicks have no place. I believe everyone will and can benefit from a well-designed and structured exercise program that is tailored to the individual.  What makes me different is I will tell you precisely what you need to do to achieve your goals, from both an exercices and nutrition point of view. Wether it’s to lose fat, build muscle and be stronger, or get in shape for your upcoming wedding or holidays. I will share with you the basics of nutrition, coupled with correct posture and techniques during workout.

After a spinal injury, I started my fitness journey, quite young. This is because I knew what it felt like for my body to go wrong, and I didn’t want that to happen again. We all started somewhere. We all felt uncomfortable going to the gym for the 1st time, and not knowing how to use all those machines, or being impressed or scared by others in the gym, who look like they know what they are doing. And it’s okay. What matters is that you made this first step to GO to the gym. It means you are ready to make a change. Stop comparing yourself to others, and let’s focus on achieving YOUR goals.

I dedicated myself to fitness and health. I enrolled in an exercise sciences course at university, trained to become a personal trainer and sports massage therapist during the summer holidays. I attended seminars and workshops by some of the leaders in the field.  By the time I graduated, I amassed 100’s of hours of coaching hours. I have helped 1000s of people with health and fitness. As entrepreneur, I now work in the Bermondsey, Southwark and London Bridge area, where I have developed my own business. I want to take everything I’ve learned over the course of my career and help people feel, look and move better.
