I started training with Richard at the beginning of the year, following knee osteotomy surgery in November 2019.
He built a full exercise program, while completely understanding my limitations following surgery. He has been supportive through it all and has pushed me to work harder and improve myself.
Since I started PT sessions with Richard, my energy levels have improved and I feel that my fitness level is getting stronger by the week!

Lockdown no.3 had a big impact on me! I decided that instead of just feeling bad about the way I was looking, I was going to do something about it. 5 weeks into my journey with Richard, I couldn’t be happier with the results I’m getting. It will be a long journey, but I believe I’m on the right track and I’m very grateful to Richard for it. Richard has taught me a lot about both weight training and nutrition, whilst keeping me motivated and building up my confidence in the gym. It’s been a pleasure, Richard! I have very good experience with Richard. He is very professional and can explain in easy ways how to do every exercise correctly. He is very nice and I have fun working out with him. I can see my first results already.

Richard is an awesome personal trainer! I couldn’t recommend him more! He takes the time to get to know you and understand goals and will tailor the program to your unique needs. I hadn’t used a personal trainer before I met Richard and was pretty nervous about what it would be like, especially as I am pretty unfit – but it was the best decision I ever made and Richard’s way of working with each of his clients, caring about the goals and outcomes and knowing when to push you is the driving force behind this. I am now 6 months in, typically going twice a week, and feel great about myself and my growing fitness.
