INGREDIENTS

  • 60g oats
  • Almond milk
  • 1 scoop of your protein powder
  • 50g blueberries
  • 2 squares of chocolate (>70%)
  • Cinnamon

RECIPE

Step 1 : Warm up your oats + milk in the microwave

Step 2 : Add your protein scoop and mix

Step 3 : Add the blueberries, chocolate and cinnamon on the top. Enjoy !
