Chicken teriyaki & peanut butter sauce

Step 1 : Start by cooking one box of chesnut mushrooms (250g) in a pan with butter. Let cook at high heat. Once cooked, let cool down in a box, and add a few leaves of basil.
Step 2 : In the same pan, cook 160g of chicken (medium heat), with teriyaki marinade and 3 big teaspoons of smooth PB. Let marinade a bit.
Step 3 : Cook 50g of rice (slightly overcooked so it’s sticky!). Enjoy your meal !
