PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is the fast track route to finally obtain your fitness goal.  You will receive a detailed fitness assessment, covering every aspect of health, wellness and movement. This will allow you and your coach to set precise goals and understand areas to improve, to ensure every base is covered in your quest of wellbeing and an improved lifestyle. You will be re-tested at the end of each block of training to show you how much you’ve improved.  A tailored program will be designed, based on your personal goals and test results.

Cancellation policy : Any session cancelled with less than 24h notice will be charged.
